If the date(s) and the venue are available for your Event, print off the Hall Renters Check List and the Rental Agreement.
Complete and sign the Rental Agreement and mail it along with your $100 booking deposit fee by cheque or money order, payable to Farmers Institute PO Box 148, Cobble Hill, BC, V0R 1L0.
Your Event will not be placed on the Institute booking calendar, until both of these two documents have been received and accepted by the Institute.
